2020 Fall High School Baseball Registration
Please read the instructions here thoroughly before proceeding to register a player for youth baseball or girls' softball.
Please also make sure you understand the WPPA Refund Policy should your plans change in the future.
How to Register Your Player: The Steps of The TeamSnap Registration Process
Once you enter the registration system, you'll come "Manage Signups" page. You can select the "+ New SignUp" button or, if you already started a sign-up, you can return to the existing sign-up.
Enter Participant Info
TeamSnap may recognize your profile and offer to input information already in the system about the player you are registering. Feel free to select an existing player for whom you already have a TeamSnap profile, or "Create New Participant." Then, you'll be asked to input information and select certain options for your player. In addition, you'll be asked for parent information.
If you are registering more than one player for the season, you may register additional players at the same time. Select the "Import Past Participant" option if your additional player already has a TeamSnap profile, or "Add Another Participant" to create another new participant profile.
Documents & Waivers
Please be prepared to upload an electronic copy of your player's birth certificate to confirm your player's eligibility for the relevant division. In addition, you will be asked to read, acknowledge and accept these waivers and acknowledgements:
- WPPA Code of Conduct
- WPPA Parents' Consent, Waiver and Hold Harmless Form
- WPPA Refund Policy
Select the correct registration fee option for each participant you are registering.
Upon reaching checkout, you have another opportunity to "Add Another Participant" if you want.
Once your cart is full with all registrations you plan to submit, please complete the payment steps, utilizing either the ACH (debit from your bank account) or credit card options. Please note that credit card and ACH payments are processed through TeamSnap and will appear as "TEAMSNAP*WELLESPARK . . . " on your credit card billing statement or as "TEAMSNAP TEAMSNAP*" on your bank statement for ACH transactions.
Once you complete checkout and payment, you will receive a confirming email. Please make sure to check your email inbox and spam folder for that email. If you do not receive a confirmation email, your player's registration will not be complete.
